May 16 - Hatch Inc. will be offering refreshments, free bicycle accessories and maps to bike riders outside Winston Tower, 301 N. Main St., from 8 a.m. to noon. A bike mechanic will be available from 8 to 9 a.m.
May 17 - will be "Bike to Market Day" at Cobblestone Farmers Market, Third Street and Patterson Avenue. Bicycle shop representatives will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to discuss equipment and give advice on how to use a bicycle for shopping and errands.
May 18 - Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center will have a health and wellness fair in the Ardmore Cafeteria, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
May 19 - Gold's Gym, 3300 Reynolda Road, will have food, prizes, and a free 3-day pass for anyone who bikes to the gym from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 4 to 7:30 p.m.
May 20 - the Forsyth County Health Department will have refreshments, bicycle lights and advice on bicycle safety for bike riders at the Forsyth County Government Center, 201 N. Chestnut St. from 7 to 9 a.m.
